Mandl: Dealing with tax payers' money comes along with responsibility (09.07.2026)

The Austrian Member of the European Parliament, Lukas Mandl, reiterated Europe's role being "the strongest soft power on earth". Decision takers would be acting with tax payers money and holding the responsibility to explain why it would be in the interest of Europe, the Europeans and universal values represented by Europe to invest in other parts of the world. "Europe is also the most reliable partner in today's world", Mandl stated.
