On the occasion of the 75th anniversary the Austrian Member of the European Parliament, Lukas Mandl, has hosted a panel discussion in the framework of the “Happy Hour Of Free Speech” on the topic “75 years State of Israel: How to continue the success story”. The Greek Member of the European Parliament, Anna Asimakopoulou, as well as Reuven Azar (Ambassador of Israel to Romania) and Anne-Sophie Sebban (Head of the Paris-office of the American Jewish Committee) were panelists. Among others also the Swedish Member of the European Parliament, David Lega, who has been contributing a lot to the EU-Israel partnership – as well as Asimakopoulou and Mandl have been doing – took the floor. Remotely Anders Persson (Expert on the EU-Israel relations) joined the talk.
