Lukas Mandl, Member of the European Parliament from Austria, made clear Europe will defend its citizens and Member States against any kind of attack, no matter whether it would be militarily, terrorist, hybrid by drones or even cyberattacks. Lithuania has been targeted by Putin-Russia's cyberattacks. Mandl underlined the success story the country that was formerly part of the Soviet Union became, mentioning its championship in digitalization and also the state of inhabited by the happiest youth of all states worldwide as surveys show.
